Merry Roof uses the name, contact information, installation address, house photos, and lighting preferences you submit to review your estimate and manage your installation request. Submitted information and photos are stored for the installation team and are not displayed publicly.

When you use address suggestions, the address text you type is sent to Google Maps Platform to find matching addresses. Google handles this information under its Privacy Policy. You may enter your complete address manually instead. Suggestions are not retained as search history by this app. The address you confirm and its Google place ID may be saved with your booking.

We use a first-party cookie and a temporary browser session identifier to count website visits and understand which marketing link led to a quote or booking. Source attribution lasts up to 30 days in the same browser. Tracking records contain a random visit identifier, source and date; we do not store your IP address or full referring URL for these reports. These counts do not identify people who viewed our social posts. Blocking cookies or clearing browser storage can prevent or reset attribution.

Contact the installation team using the contact details supplied with your proposal to request correction or removal of a booking. Do not upload photos containing sensitive personal information.
